talent Prague 2001 In the
year 2001 the 3rd International Music Festival UNIVERSETALENT PRAGUE
2001 took place in Prague, Czech republic. The Gala Finale evening
took place on the 24th November in the Cinema Hall of the PYRAMIDA
hotel, where all participants were accommodated. Competition started
at 19:00 o'clock and during the whole finale evening performed 16
finalists from all around the world. Eight female and eight male
singers were selected from 126 applicants.
As the guest performed young only fourteen years
old ALICE KONEČNÁ from Zlín. She is going to perform as Ofelie
in the Czech famous musical Hamlet. The other guests were THE
BACKWARDS group - the winners of the Beatlefest 98 in New
York.
